Inside Sales and CSR

SUMMARY  

 We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales professional to stay on top of consumer trends, generate quality leads as well as follow up on existing sales requests and orders. The inside sales representative’s responsibilities include contacting customers, generating quotes, updating the CRM system regularly, and meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Maintain a sales pipeline of sales prospects  

  • Creating long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers  
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities  
  • Communicating to our customers the features and benefits of our products. 
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. 
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers. 
  • Processing customers’ purchase orders and communicating lead times and delivery dates. 
  • Visit customers to collect needed data for quotes. 
  • Explore new markets that are in line with Pregl Services Objectives  
  • Other duties may be assigned 

 REQUIREMENTS:  

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.  
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 
  • Proven sales experience of more than 2 years in manufacturing or the heat treat industry preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills including listening to what the customer needs.
