Job description:
Pregl Services Inc. is looking to hire a Production Team Member with strong mechanical skills to
perform part manufacturing and rebuilds of industrial equipment. See our website for more

We are also looking for team members who have critical thinking, problem solving, strong
mechanical skills, and the ability to work with a team and independently depending on the
project.
The Production Team Member shows a demonstrated proficiency in:
• Mechanical systems
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (a plus, not required)
• Blueprint and schematic reading
• Communication skills
• Analytic and problem-solving skills
• Logic and critical-thinking skills
• Organizational skills
Requirements:
• Previous experience in vacuum and/or atmosphere equipment preferred but NOT
required will train
• High school diploma or equivalent. (Associates degree or vocational/technical training is
strongly desired).
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs daily.
• A willingness to travel to customer facilities for onsite repairs
• Ability to work at heights, work from a ladder
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and responsible to plan, execute, and document.
• Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, assisting when and where needed.
Job Type: Full-time:
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience
